Philbert has more than 15 years of finance experience in FMCG, cement, oil and banking industries. Philbert earned his Master’s Degree in finance and accounting from Mzumbe University.

LAB MANAGER

Hellen has more than four years experience in the poultry and feed milling industry. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from Sokoine University of Agriculture and her Master’s Degree in Feed Milling Technology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Nathanael has more than 30 years of experience in feed milling and manufacturing. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kenya Methodist University.

HR & EHS MANAGER

Fidelia brings more than nine years of experience in human resources and environmental, health and safety. She earned her Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Dar es Salaam.
